This delivery method is incredibly rich and engaging, branded to your corporate look and feel. It delivers content, enriched in mediums to adapt to the different learning styles, creates debate and learning as well as captures data and agreements along the way. This approach also enables a flexible delivery approach whereby we can deliver the training both virtually and Face to Face.

We capture extremely valuable data for your business and teams and make individual action plans for every member of your teams. Creating a Playbook enabling delegates to go back to the content whenever they wish.

IWJ’s not only gather evidence of the programme throughout, but the pre and post diagnostics comparisons and the data harvested can then be prescriptively analysed to provide you with analytical intelligence regarding individual and business capabilities within the team’s skillsets and identify gaps giving clarity of what to improve to enhance further success.
